Modern marketers are faced with the daunting task of integrating the physical with the digital, creating seamless customer experiences. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find helpful resources for mapping the customer journey in a way that includes all offline/digital touchpoints. Most marketing funnels are too linear and vague – citing “Awareness, Consideration, Loyalty” etc. and other abstracts.
